In order to increase the cruising range of new energy vehicles, engineers proposed a quick-change solution to achieve power supplementation by replacing a low-power battery pack with a fully charged battery pack. In order to realize the quick-change solution for vehicles, the battery pack must meet the quick-change requirements, which requires the replacement of ordinary connectors with quick-change connectors on the basis of traditional battery packs.
At present, quick-change connectors on the market can be divided into two types, water quick-change connectors and electric quick-change connectors. In the production process of the device, two molds need to be designed, which is a waste of cost. There are certain repetitive operations during the installation of the battery pack, which leads to an increase in assembly time. When installing the E-Mobility vehicle, it is necessary to accurately position the water quick-change connector and the electric quick-change connector, which increases the installation sequence and difficulty of the body-side connector.

The E-Mobility vehicle floating end is designed with 4 springs to realize the automatic compensation function of the position error of the vehicle floating end. The floating end of the E-Mobility vehicle is equipped with a guide pin, which cooperates with the guide sleeve on the fixed end of the battery to realize the function of position correction and pre-positioning when the product is inserted.
A guide sleeve is designed on the fixed end of the battery to match the guide pin installed on the floating end, the fixed end flange of the battery. An installation gasket is designed on the upper part to seal the installation interface of the battery pack at the fixed end of the battery. After the vehicle floating terminal and the battery fixed terminal are plugged in, the protection level is IP68.
Various terminals and quick-change liquid cooling channels in the product adopt modular design, with a total of 300A high-current modules. There are three types of modules: 20A power supply + 5A signal module and a quick-change liquid cooling module.
